Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@pleinairtools.com with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns

We want you to enjoy your Pleinair Tools products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items

Used items, custom-made products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Due to the nature of plein air painting equipment, items showing signs of use (paint, scratches, or wear) are not eligible for return.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
