Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@pleinairtools.com with your order number.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

  • We want you to enjoy your Pleinair Tools products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items, custom-made products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Due to the nature of plein air painting equipment, items showing signs of use (paint, scratches, or wear) are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
